At Cocilina, we have a 30-day return policy, providing you with ample time to request a return after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet certain criteria. It should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be informed that our return/refund policy is applicable solely for instances where the fault lies with our end, such as wrong size/color, damaged items, incorrect or lost in shipping.

Damages and Issues: Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Initiating a Return: To request a return, please contact us at with relevant photos as proof when submitting your complaint. This will enable us to better understand and address the problem. Once we approve the return, we provide instructions on how and where to send your package shortly. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Cost: When returning a shipped order, you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will promptly assess the parcel's condition. Rest assured, we are committed to processing your refund in a timely manner. 

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
